The bible talks about 12 angelic beings guarding 12 gates of the New Jerusalem on the new earth. The doorways are like pearl. Is that were this came from?

That's not in the bible. What IS in the bible is Jesus saying Peter has the keys to the Kingdom of God. Which is why portraits of St. Peter always show him holding to large keys.

The New Jerusalem is when Christ returns and we have Heaven on Earth.

The Bible does not say that Peter will be standing at a pearly gate. { A pearl is an amazing little thing. The oyster stops eating when it has a pearl in its shell. It keeps covering a little grain of sand with this fluid, until someone captures the pearl or the oyster dies. So the oyster gives up its life for the pearl. Jews will not wear pearls, because of the death involved. We are like the pearls of great price. Jesus gave up His life to save us. Heaven is likened to a pearl.}

Peter reminds Christians 1 Peter 2:4-6 that they are the church built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ as the chief corner stone.

Rev 21:14 says the names of the twelve apostles will be in the foundations. Not just Peter.
Rev. 21:21 says the twelve gates are pearls and the streets are pure gold as it were transparent glass.

Yes, that's where the term "pearly gates' comes from. The idea of Peter standing at the peraly gates is not in the Bible.

the "pearly gates" comes from a description of Heaven in the Book of the Revelation. Peter is given the KEYS to Heaven in Matt 16:18. THUS by logic, one can see Peter standing at the pearly gates, opening and closing them with the keys he received from Jesus.

Rev 21:15-21
15 The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, its gates and its walls. 16 The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia in length, and as wide and high as it is long. 17 He measured its wall and it was 144 cubits thick, by man's measurement, which the angel was using. 18 The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. 19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass.

i will't actually imagine of something undesirable that i have ever done to a lady; i have by no skill bodily attacked a lady, i do not flow to strip golf equipment, i do not watch porn, i do not flow to prostitutes, i have by no skill been unfaithful....i'm a fairly clean residing guy. i'd only be truthful if I were to be queried on the pearly gates and bypass with flying shades (i imagine).
