I went out with a few coworkers for some drinks after work a while ago and said a few things I probably shouldn't have to this hot co-worker of mine. Now she won't leave me alone, I understand that I started it but I was a little drunk and I don't want anything to happen now. I've already asked her to stop flirting with me and that I was sorry if I misled her, but she still does. Should I report her? If I do can it become public knowledge as my girlfriend works at the same company but fortunately not in the same building. How can I make this woman stop, It's seriously driving me nuts because if I wasnt so commited to my relationship now, I would seriously do some of those dirty things she says to me.

It's not really bothering you and you like the attention. Just wink and keep smiling. If you keep your mouth shut and just enjoy the comments you'll be OK. Don't give her anymore reason to think your a willing participant. You started it and I think it would be wrong to report her. You like it and you know you do.

So u bit off more than u could chew eh, well she obviously really fancies you and your drunk suggestions have made her think she can say what she likes to you now, which aint really fair when you've told her to stop flirting with you now. Be honest to your girlfriend about whats happened, she might get upset but she'll get over it, the important is that your honest with her before things go too far, if you love your girlfriend don't cheat, you might have a good time with this woman but at the expense of losing a girl you care about more than just sex.

Well, she likely won't stop 'harrassing' you if she can see the wanton glint in your eye!

My advise to you is to tell this girl that while you find her attractive, and while you did at one point seriously consider being intimate with her, that you are a man of your word and that right now you've given your word to another woman that you'll be true to her and her alone. You'll have to tell this other girl that if she does EVER want to have a chance with you that she should respect your honor as a faithful partner, because as much as you are attracted to her....if she can't respect the fact that you are in a relationship right now, you can't be sure that she would be faithful to you in the reverse situation....that should make her think a bit.

I do not think you should report her, I think since you started this then you need to finish it. You only mention that she wont leave you alone but you do not say how, is she stalking you, constant emails, calls or is it more serious, following you home, calling at all hours? If it is minor you need to be straight forward with her and say You were intoxicated, you find her to be very hot but the only thing you can offer her is friendship because you love your girlfriend, if that does not work then tell her she is acting like a whore and trust me she will leave you alone. nothing hurts worse than that.

Report a colleague for sexual harrassment after YOU came on to HER? That'll look great on your resume....

Mention to your GF that you're being pestered, if you must, but don't make a big deal out of it. Tell the co-worker that you'd like her to stop with it now as she's embarrassing herself.

sit down and have a talk with her I know you said something to her, but try one more time and if you have to get a little rude then do it. Ignore her at work if at all possible, and if she starts to say something inappropriate then walk away from her and threaten her with going to the boss. Have your buddies at work give her a cold shoulder too, then maybe she will get the hint.

That is nothing to keep from your girlfriend. If this girl is flirting with you, don't keep that a secret. Tell her so you don't get into deep **** later on. Then, tell this girl that you think she is beautiful, but you are taken and can not do anything with her. I think she is allowed to flirt, but if she starts to grab you or something, report her.

He grow to be being sarcastic.. ie. it grow to be meant to be humorous, kinda like a shaggy dog tale. you're taking it out of context and coming up too lots drama out of not something- only tell him (not his superiors) you do not take excitement in sarcastic jokes and that he could provide up. even in spite of the indisputable fact that that shaggy dog tale he made grow to be fairly lame.. (that's why it is so humorous), i don't think of reporting him to his superiors gets him fired. that's going to notwithstanding, only piss him off and make him bust your balls at artwork. apparently he grow to be attempting to make his 'artwork' relationship with you greater casual/relaxing with the help of including humour. it is so which you do not sense like taking photos your self interior the top whilst he asks you to do remedial artwork inclusive of 'stocking the cabinets'. might you extremely have him ask you to "inventory the cabinets or you're fired?" or "inventory the cabinets or you're getting a spankin". The latter looks like what your chum might say and would not make him sound like a ******** 'boss' in my opinion, the jobs I preformed the main suitable in the place those the place my relationship with my co-workers have been greater on the casual facet. artwork grow to be relaxing and issues have been given executed swifter because of the fact it grow to be greater undemanding to speak with one yet another. My worst activity grow to be the single the place my boss/co-workers have been chilly impassive robots. there grow to be significant rigidity everywhere and artwork grow to be uninteresting as hell. (pay grow to be stable in spite of the indisputable fact that).
