I have an Engineering degree, no criminal records, and I lived legally 3 years in Canada when I was 7, I also speak Fluid french and English. I´m from Romania, and my life is horryble here. I suffer abuse and discrimination even from my family.

I Believe Canada is the One Nation where Anybody can Seek Asylum, I Know for a Fact the Terrorists and American Soldiers who've decided to Skirk thier Duties, they've Seeked Asylum In Canada.

your sexuality would have absolutely no bearing on keeping you from coming to Canada. Based on the description you give, you would qualify and should apply. Persecution is one reason to qualify for refugee status, and I think any form of persecution qualifies.
