no God is not naked in heaven. God the Father is a Spirit, he has no physcial body. Jesus does have a physcial body, which is His glorified body. The person's spirit moves on into the either Heaven or Hell. For those who go to Heaven(true believers) they will not receive their glorified physcial body until the new Heaven and Earth are set in stone. That is until Satan and his angel are cast into the lake of fire and judgement upon mankind has been sealed and death conquered. Jesus and his bride(the church and true believers) will have glorified physcial bodies.
Jesus clearly states that, "God is a Spirit" He has no physcial form, which is why He can be everywhere at once. God the Father does not think like us, because he is pure, perfect, righteous, and free from sin. Sin is what causes us to become "stupid" and we can only see God through a grey shade, until we reach Heaven, we will see him clearly face to face.
Jesus is not naked in Heaven for He has a white robe or somethign similar to that. Even on the cross he was not naked

Come on now, God is a spirit, clothes aren;t necessary, when he was in the flesh-Jesus- (Emmanuel - God with us) he wore his robe to the cross until they stripped him of it. The next time we see His face.....

He wears a long whiter than snow ROBE, with a GOLDEN GIRDLE AROUND HIS CHEST.. It has to be just beautiful.and probably jeweled sandals.
