there's this girl i like, but i don't know wether she likes me and i'd tell her that i like her but i don't want to blow our friendship if she doesn't like me. what tell-tale signs are there that tells me that she likes me back?

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

Body language should give you a clue. Does she find reasons to touch your arm or shoulder? Does she turn toward you when you talk? Does she look around while you talk or look right at you?
Usually girls will flirt and give us guys signs which we promptly ignore or misinterpret. It isn't easy being a guy. I don't think asking her out will hurt your friendship even if she says no, unless you start acting weird about it. If she doesn't want to be you friend because you asked her out once, I don't think you were really friends.

If she likes you she will prob .... you know what you like her so tell her if she doesn't feel the same way then you will have some clarity on it and will be able to move on.
If you don't you will be wasting time when you could iv started courting her or meet another lucky girl who likes you back!

idk.
if she flirts with u its NOT a sign-girls like to flirt!!!!!
just be careful in ur decision...make sure u are ready....
but dont be afraid to take risks!!
