I have contemplated suicide a few times actually but the thing the keeps me going the most is this,
The dream of the person I see in my mind of who I can become and the things I want out of life are achievable. The only one in the way is myself. Suicide would be in the way also.

Sorry I took a negative take on this somewhat but I carry a gun everday and been to some crazy places, I really don't want to get into it.

My husband needs me,short and simple. He works and makes the living, then I do my part, I do ALL the things a wife should.I tend the children, clean the house, cook the meals, just as we are told to do, this is my job in life being a homemaker, and I did all this not even knowing it was what the Lord told the wives to do or to be. It just came natural to me as his wife, so he needs me, I am his help mate, and we truly love each other, SO this love keeps me going, HE NEEDS ME.

Knowing that it is not about me and circumstances. I am not my emotions. It is not about me and pressure people put on me. It is about me and my journey and my soul... There i find peace. There i know I have much time left to learn and there is no pressure. There i find peace. there i find a reason, a big picture. When things don't make sense... I know my mind can't analyze the reason for living and I keep going, cause this is meant to be and peace is in it all

The fact that living is what we do! I'm not so blinded by religion that i can't wait to die so i can kick back and relax in heaven. But i do get a certain degree of comfort in the realisation that when we die we'll all be going to the same place. Be it good, bad, inbetween or an endless darkness that is oblivion, we'll all go there someday.

Life its self. The pursuit of knowledge driven by my wonder. The fact that I have lost my life several times and survived. My daughter. My husband. The incredible dream that I am living.

My son. Knowing he has his whole life ahead of him. I want him to instill in him happiness and the beauty that life has to offer. Knowing that God has given me such a special gift when he gave me him to take care of and raise to adulthood. And waking up every morning and knowing I have another chance today to make a difference in someones life.
