if you are 19 and younger, and choose to use the bmi scale.. make sure you are using the CHILD AND ADOLESCENT BMI SCALE.. it's different than the adult scale because you are still growing so it is set against a growth curve.. also, don't focus on a "specific weight" focus on being healthy! because that's what's most important!
