I really have this strong feeling for him although I have never talked to him. I work with him. I dont know how to begin to talk to him, everytime I try I freeze up. I even dream about him..

People who are disabled are just like the rest of us, they sometimes need help and other times they would rather feel independent and do it themselves. One thing is never wrong...It is never wrong to offer your help when you see that someone may benefit from it. They always have to right to just say no. Your kindness will be appreciated...

So, just be yourself and ask him out. You have nothing to worry about as long as you are genuine. I'm sure he knows the difference.
