It could be anything. But you have to exclude appendicitis
see a doctor

If it doesn't clear up or especially if it worsens I would have it checked out just to be on the safe side. Supposedly (but don't quote me on it), as far as I have heard, appendicitis is a very BAD pain and would be obvious that something is seriously wrong. Supposedly you'd probably more like be calling the doctor now rather then being on the computer.

Might try to see if the pain changes if you turn or stretch in different ways, if so then I'm guessing it's a sore muscle.

When I had that pain it turned out to be my appendix and I had to have emergency surgery to get it out. However if you just ran a mile and havent excercised in awhile and didnt stretch right it could very well be a pulled muscle. I would lay down and not move and see if the pain is still there. If it is a pain like someone is stabbing you then you should probably see a doctor ASAP.

This could be a huge number of things that without a physician'e evaluation can not be ruled out. Here is a short list: appendicitis, pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, gall bladder disease, hernia, urinary tract infection, kidney stones or muscle strain to name a few. If it is associated with other symptoms like blood in your stool or urine, constipation or the pain continues or gets worse, go see a doctor.

Appendicitis is one possibility. Something in the ovary on the right side is another. We can't diagnose online. So see a doctor.

To me, looks like irritable bowel syndrome. the stable information is that for the period of regards to the only significant issues on the left facet are the descending colon, left ureter, and the left ovary. Does it burn once you pee? Are your classes diverse? Do you have diarrhea or constipation? you may persist with up consisting of your PCP. He can do a KUB or ultrasound to income for a kidney stone, a US will additionally seek for a cyst or tumor, a UA to income for UTI, and in all probability a stool pattern. Or they are in a position to easily do a CT. stable luck and God bless.

without examining you, it is difficult. It could be in muscles or in the inguinal rings or appendicitis. Probably muscular.

When I had a pain there, it turned out to be a gall bladder attack (i.e. a gall stone stuck in the gall bladder)
