Im in love with my best friend (things have been getting serious latley) but he doesn't aknowledge me as someone he is "seeing" in front of others. We've talked about it, and he says he doesn't want "us" to be a secret, and that he loves me, but he hasen't acted upon anything. I think he may be jealous of his ex (they're also good friends) because she is dating one of his friends. He says hes okay with it and he doesnt like her like that anymore, but idk. When we're with friends he acts as if we're just buddies, but when we're alone his actions speek otherwise. I love him, and just want him to come out with it. I'm afraid of being hurt. What should I do?

This is not correct relation from his side . Unfortunately you love him, discuss with him the matter frankly if he insists that way, control your love to him and leave him for another guy who is proud of you in front of the people and the world. Don't loose your time ,press your heart and move forward.

this jerk is still in love with his ex and uses u in the dark but won't llet anyone see u in the light..if he's your bestfriend tell him exactly how you feel he might just be using u as a rebound don't be surprised if she gave him the time of day he wouldn't take her back so i suggest that u keep your guard up. If you keep accepting the act he portrays infront of friends he'll continue. A dog on a leash can only go so far..............

Tell him either he acknowledges the relationship or your gone, if he can't then leave...if he wants to be with you he won't let you leave...if he let's you leave then he's just not that interested in a relationship with you..maybe just friendship
