After I had my son I used the Buns of Steel videos. They really worked for me, my weight was lower then before I got pregnant & they totally firmed me up, which who can't use a firmer ***? My son is now 12 years old so these video tapes are pretty old but are still a great work out, so you could probebly find them really cheap on ebay since they are so old. It's worth a look. Good luck to you. P.S. they also have others like abes of steel and arms of steel there's a whole series of them. I was lucky my aunt had it but they used to be pretty popular exercise tapes so they shouldn't be real hard to find.

get on your hands and knees with your back straight. You may have to rest on your forearms. Keeping one leg bent, press the bottom of your foot toward the ceiling, keeping the leg at a 90 degree angle. Do about 10 each on each side per set and do like 5 sets.

Only one way...eat less and excercise more. It's really the only healthy way...

You could also try smoking crack. I hear that speeds up your metabolism...
