well not automatically of course, but depending on your marks, your financial siutation, the program and university being considered etc. you may qualify for a full or partial scholership.

Undergraduates get full scholarships all the time - I had one! Your grades have to be pretty high (A's & B's) and you must have good test scores and usually work experience and/or community service experience helps. Usually when all of these things fall into place, they don't consider your parent's financial status or anything like that. The scholarship I had was just based on my own achievements.

no, just really hard cuz full scholarships are funded from the general university scholarship fund, but you can get a wide vary of different scholarships from different sources that helps pay off school, one year i had some much scholarship money that it outpaid tution and therefore it went to food and my apartment

Depending in which country you are, n which university u gonna attend... and depending on your results!!!! Thats it.. But for any clarification whu don' t you ask the institution concerned... i bet u'll get better answers!!
