Since 1970's I already beleive that another global change will happen as I am a technologiest. My theory is different from the rest but definitely I am with Al Gore that it will happen soon. We can definitely save our planet if politics, business and vested interest will be our last priority. I also beleive that other scientist ,politicians and businessmen knows the gravity of the situation. What information they dessiminate to the public is no were near what is to come.

100 years ago CO2 was at 250 parts per million in the atmosphere. It is NOW at 425 parts per million.
Climate change will start with the melting of the ice caps at 450 parts per million, global catastrophy will start at about 550 parts per million. At 550 parts per million, the gulf stream will reverse, the UK and western Europe will become uninhabitable, tidal effect will change and sea edge land masses will be underwater. East Coast USA will become a desert and the world population will have to survive on about 30% of the usable landmass for farming that we have today.
The USA and China are the two dirtiest countries in the world for the dumping of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Al Gore may not be able to explain it, but now you can

Wow, you're not to any extent further getting it do you? in case you look on the innovations from a severe ideas that has any heritage in technology or engineering you'll locate the elements scientists will clarify in an editorial 3 or 4 issues that NATURE is doing then they upload in a paragraph that for the reason that CO2 has more beneficial, it really is the upward push in CO2 it somewhat is driving it. also, imagine about this, the ice cores only seize to a sturdy degree COOL sessions. they received't seize nicely warmth sessions. ultimately, how come we are popping out of a funky era that changed into unnaturally cool and now the elements scientists are declaring that would favor to be the traditional? for that reason, the technology would not upload as a lot as what's certainly occurring somewhat because the IPCC and the elements scientists all have had to jot down off the warming sessions over the past 12,000 years inclusive of the Medieval Warming era. it really is humorous how a 1000 years in the past, warming changed into only interior sight without clarification on the position it cooled all the way down to offset those more beneficial temperatures.

Dear Sir:

I, like you, believe that Global Warming is a serious situation and not to be taken lightly. However, I see nothing being done to limit the number of jet planes flying through our skies emitting billions and billions of cubic feet of exhaust gases almost directly into the upper atmosphere. All of the attention seems to be focused upon cars and trucks for some reason. Shoot, those emitters are at ground level where trees and shrubs have at least some opportunity to negate their effect. There is nothing to negate the effect of jet engine exhaust pollution at 25,000 feet and above.

Now, as a start, lets calculate the total number of airline hours flown by military and civilian jet aircraft in the first 6 months of 2006. Estimate the total volume of exhaust gas produced by one jet engine per hour and multiply that by four for civilian/commercial jet liners and multiply that by the number of airline hours flown by those aircraft. That number is just unthinkably high yet, it does not include military transportation/warefare aircraft engine hours.
Comput those numbers and add to the commercial figures. There is your global warming situation.

If you add twenty or thirty significant rocket launches per year we can begin to get a handle on the total emissions that must be handled in the upper atmosphere.

From the standpoint of ground based operations, I recommend the creation of a global tree planting effort. If each individual on the earth planted 500 trees, i feel very certain that the global threat would just disappear. And, should Mr. Al Gore desire to take up this as his personal challenge, I would applaud his sincerity very loudly.

Kindest
Regards,
Zah

In short, no he can’t.

So, why is he saying that it’s going to happen so soon? Because he wants you to do what he’s telling you to do.

If he was to tell you the truth and say to you that…

…Global Warming may be mostly due to a completely natural phenomenon and that there’s no conclusive proof that mankind is having any significant affect.

…The computer models being used to predict what will happen in the future are unreliable and predictions vary, so the truth is no one really knows what will happen in the future.

…Average global temperatures have been rising for the last 30 years, but for the 30 years before that (‘40s to ‘70s) average temperatures *fell*. (In the '70s people were worried about global *cooling*!)

…But *despite* all that he believes that temperatures *will* rise and so he wants you to join him in shouting and screaming to get billions spent on fixing the problem.

If he said *that* would you listen? Probably not. So instead he tells you that it’s all doom and gloom and that…

…Global temperatures are *definitely* going to rise.

…The “majority” of scientist agree.

…It’s going to cause a global catastrophe. (great word that. *So* much better that just saying that it’s going to cause “some difficulties”)

…And that, if we don’t do something about it in the next 4 years it’ll be too late and there’ll be no way to stop it. So, no, we can’t wait to see if he’s right.

*Now* you’re sitting up and listening, aren’t you? Of course you are – but you’re being manipulated.

Don’t be so quick to believe the hype. Don’t be so quick to jump on the bandwagon.

And the unfortunate thing is that guys like Rush Limbaugh are convincing republicans that there is no problem. When his house in West Palm is covered in water maybe he will believe it then?
