I threw up today in PE and got a drink of water and after that i felt better than i've ever felt and days and i had no other symtoms of dehydration that i know of and my temp. is perfectly normal. Can somebody tell me what happened?

You don't throw up because your dehydrated but you can get dehydrated from throwing up which is why you felt better after drinking water.
You said you got sick in PE. Perhaps you just overexerted yourself or ate something that didn't agree with you previously.

I am pretty sure that vomiting can be a result of mild dehydration. Also though if your not used to exercise and you over exert your self it could be your body reacting and trying to tell you that it needs a rest. Depending on what climate you live in and what your daily routine is I always try to drink a gallon of water a day and that is without exercising on a daily basis.

It's the other way around....dehydration is a result of throwing up. You must have had something else going on with you.

I don't know what caused you to throw up, but dehydration can be a result if you throw up too much; not the other way around;

I agree you may have gotten over heated done to much. Dehydration is a result of vomiting..it depletes your body of needed fluids as would diarrhea.

Emesis (vomiting) is not a symptom of dehydration. It is more likely that the lining of your stomach was irritated. But by what, I would have no way to know.

You can become nauseated from dehydration, yes. It's called "heat illness"

you probably felt better because you'd stopped excercising.
