There are people with food intolerances and people with food allergies. These are two different things

Food allergies can cause things like rash and hives up to as serious as anaphylactic shock which is life threatening.

Food intolerances are foods that make you feel bad or give you an upset stomach but you aren't really allergic. Think of people who are lactose intolerant in this category or people who always get bad heartburn from spicy foods and such.

The most common foods that cause food allergies are
peanuts
wheat
gluten
shellfish
strawberries
and many more

The foods that causes intolerances can be almost any. Depends on the person. You just have to learn by experience which foods react well with your body and which don't.

As for a breakfast for someone allergic to both wheat and milk, I would suggest the following:

Wheat free cereal with soy milk - read labels

Scrambled eggs with side bowl of fruit

Whole oats made with water with walnuts

FYI: oats is not the same as wheat

That's a tough allergic combination. Although I don't enjoy soy milk, I'm sure you can develop a taste for it over time. You'll need to if you have a milk allergy

Just for a little variety, several days a week, you could have eggs, bacon, sausage in addition to your fruit diet. May take a little getting used to, to eat these foods without bread, but it can be done. If you are allergic to the lactose in milk, there is lactose free milk available. There are probably gluten free products in health food store or in the specialty section of your grocery store that you could substitute for regular bread. All a matter of getting used to the different taste. Good luck.

Some gluten free breads are wheat and milk free. check out some gluten free ranges because often they're free from other things too, like milk. i'm in the same boat and i have fruit so i sympathise. sometimes i will have left overs, like vegetable stew, just because i'm desperate, sometimes you can find gluten free hash browns, or make your own.

I have to say that i gave up and just have fruit now but once in a while i have fried mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs etc...as a treat!
