You don't need a support group, you only need more self control and a little help from friends.
The first thing I'd like to point out is a concept called accountability, you tell a close friend you want to change the habit, and that close friend will start to keep an eye on you and help you to catch yourself in the act. You can't expect your friend to be perfect, but it will help.
Secondly, the brain works by a series of neural impulses that travel from one neuron to another in set pathways that are automatic by nature. Each neuron can store the information of 40 encyclopedias, so each neuron in the path has preprogrammed information and responses, this is how we humans are able to think on our feet. Your problem, however, is that you have a bad pathway that's constantly leading you to lie.
There is only one way to stop your brain from choosing that neural pathway, and that is to replace it with a new one. Current;y it goes something like "her hat is really ugly: shes my friend I wont hurt her feelings: I'll tell her it looks great" And it needs to be replaced, starting from the same point your thinking needs to be redirected "her hat is ugly: I don't want to hurt her feelings: however, I don't want to lie to her about her hat so she will keep on wearing it, embarrasing herself thinking she looks good because I told her she does: I will tell her what I really think of her hat"
Of course it's much more complicated than that, but thats the general idea. It also has to be consistent; if you decide that sometimes it's ok to lie, then your brain will never be able to be reprogrammed.
Finally, reprogramming your brain not to lie will require the same amount of time you have spent lying habitually, this is because the more you travel a neural path, the more it's burned into your mind.

Also, the Lord Jesus Christ will be by your side in anything and everything you do if you have accepted him into your life, a life with Jesus is so much more than just a free ticket into Heaven.

it's not hard!! your gonna have to start with simple basic questions like what color is your hair, eyes. How many brothers or sisiters do you have. and if you know those questions truthfully then answer them truthfully. there are places out there for that kind of treatment, but not sure if they are free. sit down with someone that knows you like your best friend or relative and have them help you. I really hope your not in a relationship with someone. How are they gonna trust you??
