I have tendencies to get very aggitated and irritated easily. My boy-friend brought that to my attention, and also I've noticed it myself as well. I am very stressed from work and living on my own and having really no one to rely on. My boy-friend now lives with me, but he doesn't seem to encounter the same stresses. I manage the money, the bills, the dog, the cleaning, the cooking, the laundry, etc. I just get so overwhelmed sometimes and feel as though I have to do everything by myself. Any suggestions on how to relieve stess or how to find a balance so I'm less irritated with everything. It's not always, but it seems like I tend to get irritated very easily. Any suggestions?

Think its time to share the chores..no wonder you get stressed...how can your boyfriend get stressed he has his very own personal valet..kick him into shape get him to do his bit...swimming is a very relaxing good exercise...and stop being so hard on yourself your only human and not superwoman..good luck for the future.

Ask ur bf to share some of ur works and also try to share the expenses.....or else try to get a servant-maid to look aft the household works.Just try some spiritual books......or books of OSHO and do some meditation u will be fine and cool..
