Awwwwwww, I'm sorry to hear that. It's hard for me to cheer you up though when I don't know what's wrong...

All I can say is that you're one of the nicest ladies that I've talked to on here, and it sucks when bad things happen to nice people.

I hope your week goes better than it has...and cheer up, sweetie!

Sorry to hear about the bad days -- but at least that's two of them out of the way. Any end in sight? If not, how about figuring out a way to change things?
If your problem is work related, there are other jobs out there. If it's personal, there are other people out there. If it's emotional, take yourself outside and go for a long walk, or a hike, or a swim, or anything that will get you active and help alleviate your depression.
And if it persists, ask your doctor for help. There are always helping hands available, no matter what the problem is, and even though they seem insurmountable at the time, if you attack them in tiny increments, you can eventually reach the top of that particular mountain.
This comes with a hug.

I am not sure if this will cheer you up, but please remember that time really does ease the pain.

Simply focus on one day at a time. Set little goals for yourself. Reward yourself for getting though the morning without breaking down. Reward yourself if you make it through the night without crying yourself to sleep.

I have been through some incredibly pain full and emotionally draining times. I was able to get through everything by taking things a day at a time. I didn't look at the future beyond the next day or two. That was all I could focus on.

Please remember that tomorrow will be a little better. Then next week will be even better than that. Eventually things will work out and your life will be great.

umm...hard to cheer up someone whos been depressed for the last two days, but i can tell u that ur not the only one(im having alot of problems with this guy) but anyway getting bak to u, whatever happened cant be that bad or if its just one of those days wen nothing goes right think about it this way, dont let one crappy day ruin your week just like take a day off work and have a realy chill day hang out at home, eat, just relax and have time to actually think about what has been going on in your life-it realy does work, you get a chance to sort things out and think up ideas to make things better...its kinda hard to give u advice since u didnt tell us what exactly has been bothering u but i hope this helped!!good luck with everything hang in there

oh (((((((JC)))))))))) you need a hug. Things can't be that bad. Try to look at things in a better way. Whatever is bothering you just try to make the best of it. Don't worry you may feel like your going downhill but there is better days to come. Go out and treat yourself with some comfort food. Go rent a real good movie and relax and just let everything that has you upset go just for a bit. Find peace within you. I know you can do it. SMILE SMILE SMILE. I hope your day gets better!

Yo, JC...

Sorry to hear it.

How would you know what the great days were if you didn't have bad days to contrast them against?

Remember the law of conservation of energy: Every action must have an equal and opposite reaction. You need to have these bad times in order to create the oppurtunity for really great times.

Remember also that in certain forms of Chinese, the word for misfortunes is the same as the word for oppurtunities.

Good luck to you. I hope things turn around soon.

There are always challenging times in our lives - but, and you'll remember these, there have also been some fantastic times.
Life ebbs and flows - our challenge is to gain strength from our past, deal with the present and plan for the future.
Good Luck with what I know will be a fantastic life!

Let me tell you a story: A single mother finds out that the family who has been helping her has tried to steal her child out from under her. She moves to another state - in with a family member. She and her child spends a month there and then gets thrown out for alledgedly lying. They move in with her father, who she hasn't spoken to in years. Things seem to be going great. Then the child's school calls social services on an unfounded claim, the father of the woman flips out and takes it out on the child. When the woman interviens, he attempts to throw them both out on the street, and at one point, threatens them with a gun. She calls the police and they go to a shelter. The shelter gets them a ticket back to the state she came from. They go back and she spends a month homeless, at one point literally on the street. They finally find a place to live and things settle down.

All true. Happened to me this year. I've had a lot of **** in my life and there's a few things I've learned.

#1 It's VERY hard to see your way out when you're in the center of a storm...but you have to weather it out and you'll eventually be out and can look back on it and realize it wasn't as big as you thought when you were in there.

#2. Nothing is all bad as long as you learn and grow from it. That's how you become strong and resilliant. Life is full of problems, it's just a part of living. It's how we deal with the struggles that determines our strength. "Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing".

I'm truly sorry you've been having a hard time. Hang on...and write. Writing is the best way I've found to get through without going insane. Write whatever comes to you...even if it's a whole page of "F*** This...F*** everything.". Good luck.

I'm sorry. Sometimes the best you can do about crummy days is wait them out, hoping tomorrow will be better. In the Odyssey, Homer relates Odysseus's harrowing experiences, and begins the next episode with "Then rosy-fingered dawn appeared in all her glory..." So every day is a new beginning. I hope your tomorrow will be excellent.
