Well... what are his court dates for? It's hard to answer a question like this, when it could be DUI or Armed Robbery????

Depends on why he is in court. Whats the issue, (charge) ? Traffic violation, probable no problem. Felony charge. Well ther are a whole lot of variables. Sentences rangeing from probation to life in prison or even the death penality for premeditated murder. It helps a great deal to have the very best representation (attorney) you can afford.

Nope, sorry. If he's in court, he's already started down a really nasty path, and not all the religion or non-religion in the world will save him.
He needs to either choose to accept his punishment and clean up his life, or, get used to only seeing your child with a thick piece of plexiglas between you and him.
