Literal equation with logarithms.
New at this, trying to help my father with his homework and it will also help me learn some extra math.

Normally, the - sign means minus, and the ^ sign means exponent, for example x^y is "x to the y power".

But in your equation, you have - and ^ right next to each other, which doesn't make sense.

Also, if the original equation has lowercase "e", don't use uppercase "E", because "e" is a special number, but E is something else.

Also, does the "x" in your question mean the variable "x", or multiplication?

Try re-asking the question and be perfectly clear about your symbols.

u might of written the equation wrong on here... it helps if its on lowercaps
