Turn away from him, act like you are busy doin something else, then BAM, turn suddenly and look at his face/eyes, you should find your answer there! It's in his eyes....

Only you would know that and when the time comes you will have no doubt. There isn't a specific gesture or time that will alert you you will just know in the way that he looks at you over time.

well, thats up to you to determine. how has he acted in the time you know him? has he been sincere, honest, do you or would you trust him? you know if someone loves you not only by their words but by their actions too.
