There is this guy at work,he's really friendly and always makes an effort to talk to me. We was talking about food today and he asked if i wanted to come out for a chinese. I said yes and i asked for his number(which he gave me). I'm not quite sure if he's just being nice and this is a just a co-worker go out kinda thing,or do you think he genuinely fancies me? He's friendly to everyone so i'm not sure. He also mentioned before about helping me fill out my drivers license form,what do you think?

I think he does like you. You need to go with your gut instinct. Always remember to go with your gut feeling. - You can feel it. But, you need to watch his body language. Non-verbal ques speak louder than words (Verbal communication). People can say one thing, yet their body language will show otherwise. On the other hand, he may just want you as a good friend. I think most guys go out of their way to help girls they like. If he has invited you to his house for dinner, chances are he likes you more than friendship.

if he's being nice to everyone its because he wants you see he's a nice guy, not just that he's being equaly nice to you as to everyone.
that's one way of looking at it.
and if he's asked out for a Chinese, Japanese or Indian, its called asking you out. and he didn't ask a third person along, did he?

if you are good looking he definately fancies you. i wouldn't go out to dinner with someone i didn't fancy on a one on one basis because it would give the other person the wrong idea - which is cruel.

has he ever invited another girl for a chinese and offered to help fill out her drivers lisense form?

I think he may like you although its hard to tell. Go out for chineese with him and if he suggests you go out again then you know he likes you. If your bold enough though why not just ask him outright!
