Get a tongue scraper at the pharmacy. That is where bad breath comes from. Also make sure you are having your teeth cleaned every 4 to 6 months at the dentist so you know you don't have rotten teeth. Keep a package of tic tacs with you at all times.

Mouth odor can originate from several different sources. The most obvious is bad teeth..even if you have no pain. Brush three times per day ..also your tongue. Rinse with mouthwash and keep mints handy. Most importantly, see a dentist right away. You can't cover up something that needs repair. Also something to keep in mind is the foods you are eating. Garlic, onion, curry, any spicy foods can cause bad breath, as well as body odor! And lastly, there can be several medical conditions which can cause an odor. Lots of good advice in the above answers too. I would not delay in seeing a dentist though...most likely that's the source of the problem. Good luck.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day and if you are going somewhere you may want to again. Don't brush hard because that ruins the enamel off your teeth, make sure it has soft bristles, and make sure you brush your tounge. Tounge scrapers are really no better than just using your toothbrush. Floss the food particles from between your teeth once to twice a day, but always at night because bacteria will breed then. Swish some mouthwash in the morning and chew some strong gum after a meal. Eating a bit of parsley also eliminates odors. I hope this helps you. Good luck!

First of all, brush your teeth and tongue three times a day. Secondly, use listerine to gargle with. It kills any germs in your mouth. Thirdly, if you have sinus problems get those resolved because they also cause bad breath. Any bad teeth can cause this as well.
Bad breath can also be caused by dry mouth (xerostomia), which occurs when the flow of saliva decreases. Saliva is necessary to cleanse the mouth and remove particles that may cause odor. Dry mouth may be caused by various medications, salivary gland problems or continuously breathing through the mouth. If you suffer from dry mouth, your dentist may prescribe anartificial saliva, or suggest using sugarless candy and increasing your fluid intake.
Tobacco products cause bad breath. If you use tobacco, ask your dentist for tips on kicking the habit.
Bad breath may be the sign of a medical disorder, such as a local infection in the respiratory tract, chronic sinusitis, postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, gastrointestinal disturbance, liver or kidney ailment. If your dentist determines that your mouth is healthy, you may be referred to your family doctor or a specialist to determine the cause of bad breath.
Maintaining good oral health is essential to reducing bad breath. Schedule regular dental visits for a professional cleaning and checkup. If you think you have constant bad breath, keep a log of the foods you eat and make a list of medications you take. Some medications may play a role in creating mouth odors. Let your dentist know if you've had any surgery or illness since your last appointment.

Try brushing your tongue, or using a tongue scraper. Also be sure to brush and floss. Food debris caught in your teeth can cause major dragon breath. Be sure to see a dentist regularly (at least every 6 months). Also try products designed to deal with bad breath like the BreathRx line of dental care products. They have everything from toothpaste and mouth rinse to gum.

I have the perfect solution. Stop breathing! Just kidding. Take to your doctor and dentist. There could be a medical reason that needs to be taken care of. Good luck.

if its from your bad teeth then get them fixed. Many times bad breath comes from rotting teeth, which is perhaps your problem. If its not your teeth then its something you're eating. Then I suggest going to your doctor. Sorry
