What foods should i avoid? How much sould i exercise? I need to lose the weight in like 2 or 3 weeks! Please help me. If i want to do minimal exercise how many calories should i eat?

I am 5'9 186lbs large frame. 18. Please I have to do this fast!! No stupid answers!

I would avoid starchy carbs. Foods like vegetables are rich in good carbs and fiber. Fiber is also key and slows digestion making you less hungry throughout the day. I suggest supplementing fiber, eating lots of green vegetables. Avoid sugar and excess calories. I know that counting calories kinda sucks, but what you wanna do is eliminate between 500 and 600 calories a day. A healthy diet and exercising an hour a day will definately put you on your way. good luck.

If you can afford it the fastest, most effective and safe way to lose weight is the Cambridge Diet. I lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks using it. It's not healthy to rush losing weight. You need to lose 2 pounds a week.tops. If you do I wanna lose the weight fast idea. You will gain the weight back on later. It's more healthier to change your lifestyle. Cut down on sweets, high fatty and greesy foods. Prepare more healthier meals and also eat more fruits and veggies and grains. Excercise 30 mins a day. Plus, drink plenty of water.
Just a Note: It takes 2-3 years to shed pounds naturally and old fashionly. people are always in a rush to lose weight however, patience is a good source in loseing your weight.

I recommend a long term weight solution. Just eat healthier and exercise more. Specifically, do 50-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and cut your junk food intake by 75%, and eat healthy meals. Good luck!

Avoid sugar and excess carbs. Cut out soft drinks. Eat 1200 calories, but try to exercise 5 days a week as well.

Drink a lot of water.. no more salts and sugars..
this means no diet drinks also!

eat every three hours only small amounts of food.. this will help to make sure you dont' binge.

Eat more vegetables and less meats.. stay away from pasta's and breads.

The water and reduction in salt will help get ride of water weight which can add up to 7 pounds in one week alone!
light excises like walking is best also if you don't' want to do much.. but some is good idea!

grab a water bottle and just run. run run run run. run around the block, run around the town. just go for a jog for an hour or so a day, and dont eat a lot of fatty foods while you are doing it. eat stuff like fruits, stuff high in sugar, not candy sugar like natural sugar, and just keep on that for a week, and yo ushould lose the weight in no time.

cut back your meat and carb in take, stop eating sweetened foods, fill up on low cal veggies and water and exercise more, even if its just walking a mile extra a day.
