Well of course! The very first thing I learned in Theology classes was how to program a VCR. Without that fundamental background, how can you expect to learn all the other details of theology!?

I CAN program my VCR.
I have two Master's Degrees, and am All-But-Dissertation on my PhD.
I am not brainwashed.
I am not feeble minded.
I do not lack intellect.
My income is above average, but not rich by any stretch.
But, I do NOT claim to have all of the answers, or be an expert on God.
I am a Christian. That is the answer for MY life.
What anyone else believes is up to them. They are free to make their own choices as I have freely made mine.

I can program in 5 different computer languages - that makes me an expert?

I know several people who I would call Experts on the Bible - but they can't program in even 1 computer language - knowing one thing does not make you smarter than the next person.

There are those who cannot even program a VCR, and yet claim to have infallible knowledge of the universe...even life after death. There is a negative correlation between intelligence and religion. I know religous fanatics who are failures in every aspect of life, but yet the KNOW everything, supposedly.

Why do you even bother answering Larry's questions? It is like trying to have a discussion with a bull in a china shop.
