I just bought a bumper sticker with that phrase on it, what is your opinion of what it says?

Which Fascism?
Third Reich Fascists / Neo-Fascists -- Alive & spreading hate against all religions. Use faces of Hitler instead of the Reich. Many bands (including 10 year old twins) ... against plastic surgions 'cas they hid the Jews and other minorities ... including many Christians (Mexicans) into their hate list.
Islamic Facists- see Wiki
Italian Facists - Dying down, almost non-existant
China Facists - thriving ... a bloodless takeover in Bankock.
What about the Seattle Seahawks facists ... they're still holding the Seahawk out to intimidate their opponants.

Like it or not, Christianity is not the primary threat to personal freedoms in this country. It is the extreme left, who try to drown out all opinions they disagree with (tolerant of all but the "intolerant,") followed closely by the Islamist Extremists, who believe Sharia Law is God's gift to women and infidels.
Fascism is already here, as evidenced by "speech codes" on campuses, "hate crime" legislation, and the completely fallacious and invented "separation of Church and State."
Check out Tongue Tied, unless your too much of a liberal, thought policing, mamby-pamby coward to see how the left wants to suppress true freedom of thought and expression!
