If you can't get a relationship between a person you know to work out what makes you think it will work out w/ a complete stranger.
Only lazy rich people use dating agencies. It doesn't matter how well agencies check out there people. Just because they don't have a criminal background doesn't mean they don't have a past, they just haven't gotten caught. Anyone can lie on those dating appts. Besides that only weirdos need to resort to dating agency's to get a date.

Kudos to the few who they have worked for though.

I found my boyfriend on match.com. We're both relatively normal, working professionals with no weird histories. We've been dating 8 months and just started living together. A woman I work with has the same situation and just bought a house with her boyfriend. So I'd say give it a shot and be careful where you meet and how much personal information you give out.

I was on match and the guys were all shallow , say looks don't matter but that's not true. As far as weirdos go the worst thing I had was a guy who wanted to suck my toes, oh and then there was the guy who wanted me to walk on him with heels on then kick him .......weirdos ? you be the judge. Oh almost forgot about the dude that wanted to wear my pantyhose.

Don't know about dating agencies but internet dating works. Met my fella on there and we have been together 18 months but you do have to kiss a few frogs before finding your prince/princess

They work for some. I prefer the old fashion way of dating, instead of letting someone elsed pick my dates for me. There is always a risk of getting burned by a dateing service, or by the date which they provide.

It's not all that bad however it cost more than you need to spend to meet people. For instance, you met me here. Their is one site, I am not on it, that is wonderful. try plentyoffish.com but use caution when meeting and talking to people. Take your time and use some common since. Life will not be over if that special someone isn't in your life tomorrow. Wait for the right person and you will see things will be great eventually.

Weirdos are everywhere. There was one in a school yesterday in CO with a gun. They live in your neighborhood, attend your church, shop at the same stores!

im not sure cause i have never been to one but logically speaking if they arent wierdos they should be able to find a date easily...and wouldnt require the services from dating agencies. hehe.
