Keep them in a paper bag (not plastic) and that will help for a few hours. After that, you will have to re-heat them in a conventional oven.Keep them in the paper bag, sprinkle a few drops of water on them and pop them in the hot oven. It only takes a few minutes and they're right back to fresh and crusty.

(No, the bag won't burn. It's only in the oven for a few minutes. If you put the paper bag in a toaster oven, it will be too close to the elements and this would be a fire hazard, but that isn't the case in a conventional oven. You can re-heat the buns in a toaster oven, without the bag, but they won't have that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste.)
