My baby is 8 months now and my body is pretty much back to where it was before, except for my breasts. My tummy is back and went back pretty quickly, my thighs and butt took a little while longer it seems but my boobs, my poor deflated boobs. I don't know that they'll ever be the same.
To get back to my size I watched what I ate and stayed active chasing my 2 yr old around!!

The biggest thing pregnancy changed for my body was that I finally accepted and loved my body. From the utter swamping of body taboos involved in birthing a baby to the joy our children found nursing, pregnancy has just been a total boost to how I looked at my body. Now, about that sciatica that started up with baby number two...And the 1/2 shoe size I gained with each baby... and the naturally curly hair I suddenly got in my 30s...

Everything is still there, just a little further south than before kids. My bladder will never be the same (don't make me laugh, or I'll have to go change)

Extra skin on my tummy, and my skin feels "looser" everywhere, especially my arms. I didn't even gain that much weight!
