if someone with slightly high cholesterol and tryglicerides eats frozen meals, ( lean cuisines and healthy choice) everyday for dinner will this hurt their chances of lowering their cholesterol?

yes. eat fresh foods. prepackaged foods tend to have high fat and cholesterol levels

FROZEN MEALS ARE NOT GOOD FOR ANYONE. DIET AND EXERCISE CAN HELP LOWER CHLESTEROL. QUAKER OATMEAL, CHERRIOS, AND RAW VEGETABLES ARE BEST
