Firstly u would propose a girl whome u know. And if somewhere in ur mind there is a doubt that she might not accept ur proposal then u should first try to make friendship with her.Try to get closer to her as a friend indeed and then u can give it a try. Like this even if she wishes to reject ur proposal she wont b very hard with u rather refuse in a decent way.Dont u feel that this would b a better way to do so..although it might take some time...but there is a possibility that she might not insult u. what say....

what is b a?? im assuming you mean if she doesnt like you she will be gentle and not make a scene...
honestly if your worried about something like that i would go for a "private" approach so you don't have to be in public and no one is a witness to what could happen... Its less embarassing for you both if in fact she doesnt want to get married.
Do the romance thing, ladies love it and always will... make a private reservation somewhere special to the both of you or one of her favorite places or you can cook... alot of places are flexible if they know its for a surprise engagement. If you do it at home have the candles lit, music playing, desert, flower pedals... all that good stuff that will make her dreamy eyed. Then just ask her when you feel the time is right, or you stop stressing enough to pull the ring out. Whatever you say or do when giving the ring should be your own idea and from the heart.
