Most vaccines consist of dead or weakened versions of what they are trying to prevent. In this way your body builds up antibodies against the disease without you having to contract a full-blown version.
I don't click on links in questions, since viruses abound, so I don't know if this was just a joke question or not. But at least you got a serious answer from me.
