if i'm up on stage wouldnt it be wierd to ask if she can save me a seat? it might sound like i can't sit anywhere else so i beg her to get me a seat lol

no that wouldnt sound wired. she should be able to understand that you are on stage and when you get off stage you are going to need so where to sit.
