i want to lose some weight, im not fat but i need to lose like half a stone, any quick ways at home, i already eat healthy but i need some simple and quick excercise things @ home
any tips??

i'm not self obsessing or anything but i have put some wight on and would like to go back to my normal weight, cos i was happier then. plus as in my family tend to put on weight at around 15/16 and i'm 15 1/4 so i have to lose it to be careful

Get moving...walk, jog, do aerobics, ride a bicycle, rollerblade, etc...whatever you can do. Walking and jogging are quite popular because they require no special equipment (other than good quality shoes) and can be done just about anywhere.

Shoot for working out about 1 hr a day, 5 days a week and you should see a decline in your weight (esp if you are eating right).

After I had my Daughter, I did some simple exercises and the weight fell off me...
- When your watching TV, run up and down the stairs during the Advert breaks

- 15 minutes of Vaccuuming burns 160 calories
(Weight loss and a clean carpet)

- Put your feet under your sofa and do 20 sit-up's, 3 times a day

- If your watching the music channels, get up and dance!

Yeah, If your not fat why do you need to lose weight? healthy eating and plenty exercise, Don't obsess about your weight and don't try to conform to what the magazines say you should look like, if your trying to be what other people think you should be your heading for a world of hurt, speak to your doctor about any weight loss program, and if he says your the right weight , listen to him/her.

Lose weight slowly by exercise and by eating less calories. Then do not put back on that weight.

Concentrate on being fit, healthy and able rather than not fat.

Half a stone is allot to loose.
I'd say find something active you like to do and do it allot.
If you roller skate do it Saturdays and Sundays.
If you dance same.

If you are just not that active experiment with fun active things and do them allot.

Even something simple like learn to juggle.

Of coarse you gotta watch your diet.
But to get over the Physiological hump of exercising you need to go for activity's.

Whatever exercise you do add a 20 minute run everyday and reduce your calorie intake by 100 you will lose half a stone in 2 weeks.

best and quickest way if you want to lose weight is CARDIO 3 to 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes which includes stationary bike, running, brisk walking, rowing.
