I've been eating 6 small meals a day: need some new ideas for ways to get all my veggies, good carbs, good fats in without too many calories and too much bad fat.... [looking for ideas for meals that are around 200-300 calories each).

Breakfast
A slice of wheat bread toasted w/ butter (a healthy one)
strawberries & grapes

Snack
Celery stick w/ light blue cheese

Lunch
A lean cuisine (they have everything you need)

Snack
Baby carrots w/ ranch dressing (light)

Dinner
Brown rice, Steamed vegetables, chicken breast

Snack
Yogurt

*ofcoarse, drink plenty of water...

Home-made smoothies are great...use some banana, a little peanut butter, a little whey protein powder and skim milk. Also canend solid white albacore tuna is a great go to protein.

pitta breads
geat taste nicer than a sandwich and you can put anything in then take 2 mins and not fusssy to eat or make
can take them to school/work can fill them with salad or cheese and tomateaoes

low fat yoghurt with fruit (dried fruit is good becuase it lasts and doesnt go off)
