I have been dating a guy for over 3 months. We talk or text on the phone all the time. He tells me that he miss me, and thinking about me. But I don't ever get to see him. He always tells me that he is very busy, and when he does have time he spends it with me. I have tried to talk to him about this. But to me he just don't listen to me. I have feel like he is hiding things from me. I told him up front i want to be honest. We really never talked about our relationship. Is this a relationship or not? I always believe if a man really wants to see you, he would do anything in his power to get to you..

This guy is keeping you at arm's length because that's all he wants from you. In other words he is unavailable for a relationship. He has made that very clear by his behavior.
I think the best thing to do is for you to be honest and tell him very directly what you want from him. If he cannot or will not deliver then walk away.
Don't waste your time on someone who doesn't want to be with you. He's not worth it!

If he treats you like this in the beginning of your relationship it might only get worse. Just tell him that you need to see him and gather your thoughts so the next time you guys are together you can bring those questions up and have him answer them honestly. It will be better to ask him in person so you can see his reaction and you'll be able to tell if he is willing to see you more and make things work!

Sounds like he may be dating someone else... I'd ditch him and find someone who puts you #1 on their list!
