A Kiss test for men to use when alone and the time is right
You sit back, confident and relaxt, be in controll of yourself. Look into her eyes, tell her slowly with a deep and calm voice: You are (pause, pause) - fantastically beautiful. Slowly stroke her while you say it. Lean forward and smell her neck, let her feel your warm breath along her neck. Tell her how good she smells. Now lean back again, talk about something nice, or just look at her. Build up antizipation. Be comfortable, yourself relax, n' tease her. If she liked you stroking your hair in the beginning she's most likely open and can't wait for the kiss. Now move close again and kiss her, or build up more by just smelling her. She will love it and you can progess from there. Take your time!
Build Up to It
It's best to have already gotten used to hugging and cheek-kissing with your partner before you go for the full blown kiss. That way you are taking things slowly to the next level, vs leaping into a contact that you're not ready for yet.

Don't pucker up

If you wanna know how then first u kiss with closed mouth when you are ready open your pstners mouth a littel bit and yours and put the tip of your tounge in their mouth and u can explore their mouth or just go in circles around their tounge
Head tilting
Tilt your head slightly to your left, or whatever feels more comfortable for you and your partner. Make sure that its tilted in a casual way. (and not looking like you have some type of neck cramp!)Then lean in for the kiss closing your eyes slowly. (like a dimmer)
Keeping it 'fresh'
you should always brush you'r teeth befor the date or outing keep gum or a mint on you so when the time comes you're kiss will be fresh. Don't kave gum or mints in your mouth during the kiss it distracts him and you from the perfect kiss

Get some time away with that special person, although at your age, you can also probably kiss in the middle of a group, it doesn't matter as much (I have to assume you're quite young). Sit close, look at her in the face, start approaching slowly, while looking at her in the eyes. If she doesn't pull back, you know she's interested as well (whatever you do, don't force it). And just go and kiss her.
Of course, you could always just tell her you want to kiss her and then do it, but that kind of takes some of the magic away.

If he is experienced, he will kiss you the way he himself wants to be kissed. Hopefully you will like it. If you do, don't worry if your legs get weak. Respond to his kiss and if you like it, get involved in it. French kissing is very different in that is marvelous foreplay and it is basically making love with your tongue and your lips. It need not be messy and if you look upon it as a dance, it can be very dreamy. The second kiss shared by this guy and you will be the best.

a) really like and know your target girl (or guy as the case may be)
b) communicate your intentions via your eyes...this is a long unembarrassed gaze
c) ensure that your breath is fresh...and no overpowering colognes
d) place one hand on her midriff (this is devastatingly sexy and powerful if done right--is there anyone you can practice with??)
e) make a slight advance, but then hesitate and stay there and let her come to you in that final move
f) put your other hand on her head around (not on) her ear to help steady her and to help you both apply passionate pressure

I wouldn't worry about getting that first kiss. It will happen when Its ready to happen and you'll know when it's time.

be romantic and don't rush her. she'd be eager to give you a kiss if you're romantic. i guess it also depends on the girl, some don't like romance.
