I would say boxers as it has the freedom

Boxers are better for your "boys" because they are kept cooler by the looseness and room that boxers offer. Briefs are too constricting which causes more haet build up which results in a lower sperm count. Keep in mind that if you wear boxers you're defeating the purpose by wearing really tight pants. In that case you might as well be wearing briefs.
Keep the boys comfortable and let them breathe.

Boxers are much better. Experts have been trying to prove for years that tight underwear are not good for the testicles, and can cause a man to be sterile over a number of years.

It depends on what you mean by better. I wore nothing but boxers for years and years and found them to be very comfortable for normal activity (not exercise). Since you're not all compacted together, it keeps your junk cooler, which is supposed to be better for fertility.
I've just recently started wearing briefs because of some pain I was having. It wasn't life-threatening or damaging in terms of fertility, but basically by wearing briefs it eliminates the pain and keeps me from swinging everywhere.

when we are at hard work, abdominal muscles get contracted, and there r more possibilities for the testis to get affected. so it is advisable to use cotton tights during such occasions. besides, free is always nice for free.
