I cannot walk on my toes with my left foot, and it slaps sometimes when I walk.?

My ankle looks different when compared with the other one. I was diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis a while ago.

Please go to the doctor. I suppose it could be related to your tendonitis, but it sounds like a neurological problem to me - specifically something called "foot drop" which is serious.
