Leadership, Education, and Athletic in Partnership (LEAP) is a youth development organization that serves over 300 children and youth citywide.

These people are doing a wonderful job and I am sure they don't have time to sit on the net and answering questions. But, if you are recruiting: GREAT!!!!!!!
