I was listening to the new and they said the time so my idea was on that and by mistake i waited till 17:48 to break my fast. Few minute later, I realised that it wasn't the right for me to break my fast. I threw all the food I had in my mouth raise it and then asked ALLAH to forgive. Is it my fast still available if I straight away Allah to forgive?

If you had done this unintentionally and also you realised that you weren't right and threw the food out and rinse it, May Allah forgive you and wait until the correct time to break the fast.

Yes, your fast is fine. It's all based on your niyat (intentions) and Allah knew your intention was not to break your fast early and Allah is forgiving.

I was going to tell you that the Lord will forgive you But this allah Business I don't know because there is only one El Shaddai (God Almighty) who's son is Jesus and that should be the only reason why you fast for Jesus not allah

I asked one of my muslim friends and she told me that she's sorry but your fast is broken, you can ask for forgivness all you want but it wont change the fact that you broke your fast. What you have to do is one day after Ramadhan is over, you'll have to repay that fast.
