i have no cd drive or floppy drive or memory stick. I do have another computer with a network!

hopefully the other computer has a cdrom if it does right click on cdrom and go to sharing and make it a shared drive then go to the computer you want to load the program onto and if your computers are networked just open my network places - entire network - microsoft windows network - open your workgroup and then click on the system with the cdrom in it and install program

...then, you can place the CD into the computer with the network link, network the two computers together, and then map a drive from the PC without the drives to the computer with the software and install from there.

You could 'Run' the file.
