Lets say I have a hypothetical cat named Bubbles. How big of a rocket do I need to shoot Bubbles up in the air 100ft a la Jack@$$ 2?

I assume saftey isn't an issue for you, but what about the cat? Has he been through rocket training school? Is he a fit cat or is he out of shape? It would have to be a good sized rocket :)
