Tuna Salad
Ingredients
(8 servings)
3 ea Eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
2 tb Mayonnaise
2 tb Dill relish (heaping)
1 ts Louisiana hot sauce
2 ts Poupon mustard
1 ea 6 1/2 oz can tuna, drained
Instructions
Combine eggs and dill relish. Add the rest of the ingredients, except tuna, and mix really well. Then add tuna. If the mixture is dry, add some more mayonnaise.

I actually prefer chopped pickles to relish.
2 cans albacore tuna in water
4 small sweet gherkins, chopped up
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped up
1/4 cup chopped red onions
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
DRAIN TUNA THROUGHLY AND PLACE IN MED SIZE BOWL CHOP ONION,CELEREY,AND SWEET PICKLES TO DESIRED SIZE.
MIX WITH TUNA AND ADDMAYONNAIES.
CHILL TILL COLD.
SERVE ON YOUR FAVORITE BREAD WITH A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER.

Yes, of course! That's how I made my salads at the restaurant. Just mince them as fine as you want. And maybe something else crunchy, like chopped water chestnuts, or some minced red onion?

My grandma used to make it using the following:
tuna fish
mayo
chopped onion (however much you want)
chopped tomato
hard boiled egg cut up

Sure....I like mine diced and you can use dill, sweet or bread and butter. My husband likes the hot spicy garlic dills chopped into his tuna salad.

I make mine just like Ashley's recpie and its very good -------- I like it on toasted whole wheat bread , sour cream potatoe chip and a 7up //////// take a bow Ashley you must be a pretty good ole girl ----- give her a hand folks --------
