its been in the oven for about an hour and 15 min but its still jiggly all over, not just in the center... should i leave it in there longer?! HELP!

you need to take it out of the oven and let it set .
When I make cheesecake It becomes jiggly then it sets within a few hours. Dont Worry!

Put a tester (knife or toothpick) in the center. If it comes out clean then it's done. It will firm up as it cools.

Don't worry! It's supposed to be a little bit jiggly when you cook it! Hope it comes out ok! :-)

Yes leave it in longer but keep an eye on it. Mabey you have the oven set to the wrong temp, I would check that too.

Did you stick a knife in the center? If it comes out clean it is fine. Usually cheesecakes do firm up when they cool.

did u use fat free cream cheese? last time i made a cheesecake with fat free cream cheese it didn't set up. it was just kinda watery and jiggly.

A. you should have put a bowl of water underneath it.
B. you should keep in there longer
