I need to lose it in about 2 or 3 weeks!!
What foods do i need to avoid and how much do i need to exercise?

I am 5'9 186lb large frame female. 18

Please can you give me a plan for 2 weeks.
ex. for 2 weeks stay away from...
not specific meals or anything like that.

just be healthy and excersize. i know you have a timetable, but your body needs to adjust healthily

10 lbs in three weeks. not bad.
recommended 2 lbs a week but 10 no problem in 3 weeks.
Cut out fast food-breads-sodas-alcohol. and candy-sweet stuff.
Start on 1500 calories daily and also exercise.
Just buy those healthy microwave meals from grocery store.
Eat dry toast or low fat-low sugar free cereral in morning(2% or 1% milk) not whole milk. Then eat banana or fruit for lunch with
water. and eat your meal at night. dinner.
After two days you won't even be hungry- body adjust to less intake.

So diet-exercise and drin plenty of water.
* glasees = 64 oucnes and don't forget-vitamins.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

south beach stage one for two weeks should give you about 8-10 pounds, but not much more than that. also, go to the bathroom A LOT the second week. it will help clear out your system.

get on a soup diet like chicken broth and do not eat bread or any type of carbs and try not to eat late, stop eatting after 6:00pm and start going for walks and when you work up your strength you could run. remember don't give up and good luck

i went on a 1600 calorie diet and lost 8 pounds in 1 week. try it. plus exercise. drink water too.

Eat much less fat and sugar. Do 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning. No problem.
