David Hume (1711-1776) proved that morality must be personal and subjective, not mind-independent and objective - i.e. it describes a person's response to an event or situation, rather than an objective property of that event or situation. That being so, there cannot be an external, objective source of morality, as theists often claim their deity to be. So, any god for whom being the source of morality is claimed as a necessary property, cannot exist.

Can you refute Hume, and prove that such a deity could in fact exist?

Morals, are laws made by God to tell us how to live, they are not a supernatural force.
God put these thoughts into our heads and we all know right from wrong. Not one man in this world could kill a man without reason and feel nothing unless it is a trained response in some way.
Any deviation from His morals have never done any good, and never will. History proves that whatever you believe, Christians (or as they once were, Jews) were the first to have morals, which are not wrong in any way, and only peril can come from ignoring them.

Is there any time or circumstance where it is okay for and adult male to have sex with a child under the age of say 8? How about a male forcing a female to have sex against her will? Killing another human being because you enjoy it?

There are moral absolutes unless you are a sociopath. Subjective morality is a cop out for individuals looking to rationalize their own actions.
