Wrap the salmon in some tinfoil and pour over some sweet chili sauce, then close up the packet and bake for about 20 mins, serve with noodles or rice, this is really good!

Hello!
I made this up a little while ago but lots of friends and family seem to enjoy it and it's VERY quick.

It's a simple recipe of pasta, smoked salmon and cream.

Ingredients:
Pasta
Smoked Salmon
Single Cream
Crushed garlic or Garlic puree.
fresh ground black pepper

Cook your pasta (tagliatelle, linguine and spaghetti have been used so far but I think any pasta will do).
While your pasta is cooking slice your salmon into strips.
Drain the pasta but leave on a very low heat.
Crush garlic or add garlic puree to the pasta and add a generous knob of butter and fresh ground black pepper.
Stir thoroughly.
Add the cup of cream to the pasta and stir again.
Add the salmon to the pasta and remove from the heat.
Serve immediately.
A fresh green leafy salad is a wonderful accompaniment.
Bon Appetite!

Using Philadelphia cream cheese, either roll the cheese up inside the salmon slices, or just cut squares of salmon topped with a dollop of the cream cheese.

Simply squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and grill; serve with oven roasted vine tomatoes and green beans!! Pasta or potatoes work well with this dish! Enjoy.

Wrap them individually in foil with chopped onions, mushrooms and any other veg you fancy, drizzle some sweet chilli sauce over it all, seal and cook in the oven until tender. Serve with new potatoes or rice - wonderful!

There are now flavored Triscuits. Go get some Olive Oil and Rosemary Triscuits, and put the slices on that - that's all you need! It will be wonderful (I think it's Olive Oil and Rosemary).

Anyway, just a suggestion!
