Could be a deficiency of Vitamin C and/or bioflavinoids. Take a good multivitamin and 500 mg of vitamin C twice a day (preferably with bioflavinoids) and see if it doesn't help. If it doesn't clear up promptly or it gets worse, see a doctor. Abnormal persistent bruising can be a sign of something serious.

I get small ones like that, but I think it's from if you're laying on that spot too long. Some people bruise more easily than others.

I get bruises all the time that I am not sure where they came from. However if they are large and/or unusually painful you should see a doctor.

I'm anemic and I get bruises if I'm looked at wrong. Maybe you are anemic and you bumped your legs on something. I have a guess what, but I could be wrong♥

Often times we bump into something and don't realize it. I have heard that you bruise more easily if you are deficient in vitamin C, so maybe try that!

I get them alot too. My mom always said it is because I am lacking something in my body, but I never asked the doctor about it. If you are concerned though, you should ask your doctor. Good luck.

I even have them, notwithstanding that's greater because of the fact I actually have a foul reminiscence. yet with the issues and tiredness, it may be considered one of quite a few ailments, a number of that are extreme. you may get to a doctor ASAP.

I once woke up with a large bump on my forehead. My sister said I got it from sleepwalking and walking into a door.
