I just discovered a wonderful sandwich from a friend. She had it at a little restaurant in Michigan. Anyway, it's sliced turkey, cream cheese, and cherry chutney. Just toast some whole grain bread, slather the slices with cream cheese, then with the chutney, then turkey in the middle. INCREDIBLE!

THey get more complicated as you go down :)\

Easy all time fav: avocado, tomato, onion and mayo to cucumber and mayo on a croissant.
Tuna melt...
Or Cucumber sandwiches
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise (CAN ADD MORE IF NEEDED)
1 medium cucumber, peeled seeded, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill weed or 1/4 dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Press the cucumber through a colander to remove excess moisture.
process cream cheese and mayonaise in a blender or food processor until smooth.
combine mixture, cucumber, dill and garlic salt chill until ready to use to allow flavors to blend.

Piaaz sandwiches

2 slices thick bread
2 slices American cheese or mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
2 teaspoons butter

Spread butter on one slice of bread.
Place butter side down in a pre-heated, non-stick skillet and spread one tablespoon of the pizza sauce on the bread.
Layer the slices of cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Spread the other tablespoon of pizza sauce on the bread, place on top the cheese and butter the top side of the bread.
Grill on each side until golden brown.

This is a really yummy wrap too:
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
salt
pepper
1 pinch cayenne (optional)
1 bell pepper, any color, seeded and sliced in strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, seeded and diced
4 flat bread
Cilantro Cream Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 chopped green onion
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
salt
pepper

Mix sauce ingredients together and refrigerate.
In a non stick skillet over moderate heat warm each flat bread on both sides until warm and soft. Remove from pan, cover with foil and place under a kitchen towel to keep warm.
Pound chicken breasts a little to flatten and create a more uniform thickness.
Mix ginger, paprika and garlic powder together, adding salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Drizzle a little olive oil on the breasts and rub with the spice mixture.
Slice each breast into strips and saute until browned and thoroughly cooked. Add a little oil if needed to prevent sticking. Remove chicken from pan or push to the sides, away from hottest part of pan.
Add onions and bell peppers to pan and cook just until crisp tender or cooked to your liking.
To serve:.
Spread cream sauce on a warm flat bread. Add chicken strips, peppers, onions and tomato.
Top with additional cream sauce, more salt, pepper or spices IF DESIRED. A squirt of fresh lime is also very tasty and refreshing. Customize it to your liking.
Fold in half like a taco or roll up like a burrito or a wrap.

Something fancy:
MONTE CRISTO
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb deli turkey (sliced thin)
1/2 lb deli ham (sliced thin)
8 slices swiss cheese
16 slices egg bread
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar (to dust)
1 jar raspberry preserves

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well combined.
Place en equal number of slices of the turkey, ham and Swiss cheese on 8 slices of the bread.
Top with the remaining 8 slices of bread.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter over low heat.
Dip 2 sandwiches, 1 at a time, in the egg mixture, coating completely.
Place in the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden and cheese melts.
Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, adding more butter as needed.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with preserves on the side for dipping.
